Obsidian Cafe is a mobile specialty coffee cart bringing elevated Filipino coffee culture to California's Central Valley. We craft intentional beverages using 100% Philippine coffee beans sourced directly from Filipino farmers, premium matcha, and house-made syrups. Our name draws inspiration from obsidian, a volcanic rock reflecting the Philippines' volcanic landscapes and rich soil, the very foundation of our exceptional coffee.
We blend modern coffee culture with Filipino heritage, creating an approachable yet refined experience for coffee and matcha lovers throughout the region. From classic espresso drinks to specialty creations featuring ube, banana, and cookies and cream, every drink is made with intention.
